Some of our items are personalised. Therefore we cannot accept returns or cancellations on these items. Any faulty item can be returned for an exchange. This is at the discretion of My Jim Jams. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please inform My Jim Jams as soon as possible after delivery. The upmost effort will be given to resolve your issue. Any items that are not personalised can be exchanged within a 14 day period.
